The formulas the same but a little different. Every episode Jeremiah sits down with a special guest as they take an existing shot and break its themes open over a likkle rum.

With brilliant sound design from Riwa Saab, Sugar Shots Podcast Season 1 is a triumph of conversation, storytelling and artistry. The guests for season 1 in order of appearance were Tobi Kyeremateng, Victoria Adukwei Bulley, Shade Joseph, Jolade Olusanya, Ruvarashe Gutu and Gboyega Odubanjo.
